There can be joy in surprises

Surprises can sometimes present us with new opportunities that our minds could only dream of. Or not. Joy can only be found when we allow ourselves to be lifted off the ground — lifted away from familiarity. Although scary, surprises are what we probably crave the most.

When our mundane, rudimentary approaches to life no longer keep us excited about life itself, it is the surprises that shake up our worlds. It is the surprises that keep us on our toes!

Surprises… what are these exactly? I mean, surprises could be anything. I would have to say that love has to be one of the best surprises to be caught off guard by in my opinion.

Everyone thinks they’re cool and ready until love knocks you from off of your game.
